Do I need Stripe, Square or QuickBooks?

No, our invoice tool is universal. Simply upload or snap a photo of your invoices and our engine takes care of the rest.

QuickBooks already sends reminders. Why Recoura?

It works with any invoice, including those on paper. You control the tone, language for your customers, and it runs automatically.

Will my customers know the reminders are from my business?

Messages come from your business name, and replies go to your business email.

How do customers pay?

Customers pay using your existing method of payment.

How many reminders can I send?

Recoura allows up to five reminders per invoice. You set the cadence and sequence length.

Do you store my invoices?

We only store what you see on the form when scanning in invoices. Your actual scans (photos, PDFs) are not saved.
